Abstract

Summary: By using scientific research methods,
the project has evaluated the current situation
and social demand trends for human resources
in sports, providing a basis for determining the
direction of training for basketball majors at the
Bac Ninh University of Physical Education and
Sports to meet the society's development needs
and international integration by 2025 and vision
to 2030.
