Abstract

The high-level fencer athlete model
holds significant importance in guiding athlete
selection, assessing training levels, and aiming
for success on national and international stages
in fencing. Using standard research methods, this
article identifies 34 characteristic indicators
encompassing morphology, physiology,
biochemistry, biomechanics, psychology, physical
fitness, and technical skills. It then constructs a
model for high-level male and female fencer
athletes in the discipline of saber fencing.
