Abstract

Through routine research methods,
the research process has selected 14 strength
assessment tests (2 psychological tests, 3 physicatests, 9 technical tests) for male Taekwondo
athletes. Confrontation competition (Kyorugi) foages 14 - 17 Lao People's Democratic RepublicThis is an important scientific basis for assessing
the current state of strength, as well as choosing
strength development exercises for research
subjects.
