Abstract

Through standard research
methods in the field of physical education and
sports, the study has selected 34 exercises to
develop specialized physical fitness (SPF) for
tennis athletes in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
Following the principles of training cycle in
sports, the research has developed a training
program consisting of 30 lessons (10 weeks), with
three sessions per week, each lasting 120 minutes.
The time allocated for specialized physical fitness
training ranges from 30 to 35 minutes per lesson.
The arrangement of exercises in the training
sessions ensures the development of two or more
qualities and maintains a scientific approach.
