Abstract

Through standard scientific
research methods, a selection of military
sports competitions with a focus on teamwork
has been made for inclusion in the Healthy
Soldier Sports Festival program. This
initiative aims to enhance the physical fitness
and team spirit of students in the National
Defense and Security Education program,
while also supporting student management
during their breaks at the National Defense
and Security Education Center at Bac Ninh
University of Sports and Physical Education.
