Abstract

Through research methods in the
field of sports science, we conducted a study to
assess the current situation and factors
influencing the effectiveness of training in longrange
basketball
shooting
techniques
for
male
students
in
the
basketball
team
at
Hanoi
Law
University.
The
study
covered
various
aspects,
including
the
condition
of
training
facilities,
coaching

methods (program content
distribution, distribution of technical training
content, and the use of long-range shooting
technique exercises), and the application of
these techniques in competitions. This research
serves as a foundation for selecting exercises
to enhance the quality and effectiveness of
training and competition performance for the
male basketball team at Hanoi Law University.
