Abstract

Based on theoretical foundations
and practical experience, along with
fundamental scientific research methods in the
field of physical education and sports (TDTT),
we selected 10 specialized exercises capable of
improving the high jump performance in the
inclined style for 10th-grade students in the
vocational college system in Gia Lai. Through
experiments, it was shown that the high jump
performance of the research subjects had a
significant difference after the experiment at a
statistically significant level of P < 0.05.
