Abstract

Using common scientific research
methods in the field of Physical Education, and
based on both theory and practice of martial arts
in the People's Public Security at the People's
Police College I, along with the research results,
7 tests were selected to assess the technical skills
of hand techniques for male students majoring
in People's Public Security martial arts at the
People's Police College I. Additionally, criteria
for classification and a comprehensive scoring
table were developed to evaluate the hand
technique skills of the research subjects. Through
this process, the current status of hand technique
proficiency among male students studying
People's Public Security martial arts at the
People's Police College I was assessed.
