Abstract

The research results have
selected 5 tests used to evaluate endurance in
middle-distance running of 11th grade male
students at Tran Khai Nguyen High School,
District 5, Ho Chi Minh City. conditions and
characteristics of the school's 11th grade male
students. The results of these tests show that the
current state of endurance performance in
middle-distance running for 11th grade male
students at Tran Khai Nguyen High School is
at an average level. The average value of the
tests is representative of the sample population,
showing that the students have quite uniform
physical strength, making the exercises and
lesson plans easy to implement.
