From the results of the research
topic, the article focuses on clarifying the link
between the impact of solutions to improve the
effectiveness of extracurricular activities for
students at Hanoi University of Sports and
Education, which has brought about clear results.
on the development of extracurricular sports and
physical activities, improving physical fitness,
and the learning outcomes of practical subjects
of the experimental group were significantly
higher than that of the control group of students
from Hanoi University of Sports and Physical
Education.
