One of them is the problem of population aging. In Vietnam, we are also entering the period of population aging at a rapid rate. It is predicted that this trend will continue to accelerate and that by 2035, almost one in five Vietnamese will be 60 years of age or older. The problem of population aging in countries is likely to affect economic growth, national budget, and arise problems such as the risk of imbalance in social insurance funds, increased demand for health care. In the framework of the article, we want to refer to a multi-faceted, integrated and comprehensive approach based on minimizing adverse impacts and maximizing opportunities in dealing with population aging and draw lessons to Vietnam
