Tóm tắt

Community-based response to climate change is one of the sustainable and long-term approaches to prevent the damage caused by this process to the community. The article analyzes empirical data from the results of a survey of household representatives in Nghi Van commune, Nghi Loc district, Nghe An province, showing that the main subjects implementing the most common coping methods are from the family and the local government directs and coordinates.
