Overall assessment of the current situation of teaching capacity fostering activities for lecturers in the
electricity sector at vocational colleges is quite good, it shows that these activities have met the requirements
of fostering teaching competencies for teachers. Actual status of objectives, principles and fostering methods,
implementing the content and the structure of the program of fostering teaching competencies for teachers
is assessed at a fair level. The current situation of form of training and facilities for fostering is assessed at
the average level.
