ABSTRACT
Language is the most important mean of human communication. Developing language needs to be started
very early, from the young age. Moreover, this education have to be cariried out in the mother tongue. One
of the important tasks of language development for children is vocabulary. The age from 3-4 years old are
considered to be the period of “development for the best” of language for children. Therefore, preschool
teachers need to have appropriately measures to impact on children, in which storytelling is a dominant way.
