ABTRACTS
In Vietnam’s present compulsory university education and training program, national defense and security
education is a key component. National defense and security education has been taught to students at higher
education institutions in general, and at the Center for National Defense and Security Education - Hue
University in particular, pursuant to rules in recent years. The Government issued Decree No. 13/2014/
ND-CP on February 25, 2014, and the Inter-Ministry issued Joint Circular No. 123/2015/TTLT-BQP-BGDBLDTBXH

Affairs has made a significant contribution to helping students understand the Party’s ideas, as well as defense
and security expertise, in order to foster patriotism and confidence among students. safeguarding political
security, social order, and safety, as well as national construction and defense work. Hue University’s Center
for National Defense and Security Education is in charge of training students from Hue University’s colleges
and allied training units in defense and security education. The article examines the current state of boarding
student administration and suggests ways to increase student management efficiency at the University of
Hue’s Center for National Defense and Security Education.
