The article analyzes the current situation of developing the management staff of preschools in Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh City to meet the Standard of Kindergarten Principal. From there, recommendations are made for governing bodies in general and preschool education institutions in particular in order to improve the quality of the contingent of ministries managing preschools to meet the Standard of Kindergarten Principals.
