The application of information technology in testing and evaluation has been implemented and achieved positive results, contributing to improving the quality of teaching. The article presents the survey results on the current status of information technology application in testing and evaluating the learning outcomes of learners at universities to see the benefits that information technology brings as well as the results, such as the inadequacies of the problem, thereby making appropriate adjustments to improve the quality of training. The survey results are the basis for finding solutions to further improve the effectiveness of information technology application activities in testing and evaluating learner’s learning outcomes, helping to improve this work. contribute to improving the quality of training at universities.
