Teacher training is one of the important activities at Nghe An College of Education with the aim of fostering necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes according to learners' needs. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and specific factors in the new context have greatly affected the teacher training activities, requiring a change in the management and organization of fostering activities to enhance and promote self-study ability, creating learning opportunities anytime, anywhere. Therefore, implementing digital transformation in teacher training activities is an inevitable and objective trend. The article explores and analyzes the factors affecting digital transformation; thereby, seeing the remaining problems, suggesting solutions to promote digital transformation in teacher training activities at Nghe An College of Education.
