Currently, universities are training according to the credit system, this is a training method according to the philosophy that comes from the learner and for the learner. The credit-based training method requires learners to be active and proactive in the learning process to achieve the goal of higher education, which the Education Law (2005) stipulates is “helping students master the knowledge professional and proficient practice skills, able to work independently, creatively and solve problems in the field of training”. However, the study skills in the direction of promoting the positivity of students at Vinh University of Technology Education are at an average level, but the level of training in study skills towards promoting the students’ positivity not frequent, not effective.
