The perception of managers and lecturers about the importance of managing training activities at the master’s level at Can Tho University
Abstract
Management of training activities at the master’s level is a crucial task to ensure the quality of training at the master’s level at universities, ensuring the goal of training high-quality human resources for society. The survey results of 58 managers and 50 lecturers of Can Tho University about the importance of managing training activities at the master’s level show that most of the management staff (mean =4, 22) and lecturers (mean=4.25) highly appreciate the importance of managing training activities at master’s level. The content is evaluated significantly as “Determining training objectives, output standards; planning objectives and directions of training activities.” The research results are the basis for proposing measures to improve the management of training activities at the master’s level at the University, aiming to ensure and enhance training quality.
