To this day, volleyball has been developing nationwide. The practice of volleyball not only enhances sports performance but through which practitioners will create for themselves valuable qualities such as: Perseverance, independence, creativity, solidarity. In training and competition, it can be said that high-handed passing is the fuse for the game, the key to tactical success. Therefore, in the game the second passer must be excellent, organize the tactical coordination pieces according to the intention.
