Within the scope of research, the article has proposed 6 measures to improve the effectiveness of managing professional group activities in secondary schools in Tan Chau town, An Giang province, including raising awareness of staff administrators and teachers about the need to manage professional group activities in middle schools; Improve the quality of planning professional group activities in secondary schools; There are too many forms of organization and implementation of plans for professional group activities in secondary schools; Ensure conditions and facilities for professional group activities in secondary schools; Strengthen the organization, training and fostering of professional team leaders in secondary schools; Regularly inspect and evaluate the activities of professional groups in secondary schools. At the same time, conduct a survey of the feasibility and necessity of the measures, analyze the relationship between feasibility and necessity to confirm the value of the proposed measures. The research results, when applied in practice, will create favorable conditions for administrators and teachers in managing professional group activities in secondary schools in Tan Chau town, An Giang province.
