Human resource training is always an important task for businesses and organizations. In the current context, to carry out this activity effectively, it is necessary to apply learning forms based on information and communication technology as well as modern teaching approaches such as micro-learning and personalised learning as well. The article summarises the theoretical basis of micro-learning as well as the effectiveness of this form of learning in corporate training and illustrates the process of designing an e-learning internal training course at the Northern Power Corporation (EVNNPC) in the form of micro-learning.
