On the basis of a survey of 154 second-year students at Vinh University of Technology Education, in this study, the current situation of factors affecting learning skills training in the direction of promoting personality has been analyzed and clarified. positive for students. The results of the survey and evaluation show that, among the subjective factors, the most influential ones are: the needs and motivations of students, in the objective factors, the teaching method factors of the lecturers. The staff has the most influence on training study skills in the direction of promoting students’ positivity.
