Abstract
The evaluation of training quality is an important activity of training institutions to contribute to improving its quality and providing human resources with expertise and skills to meet the needs of socio-economic development. The study aims to determine the criteria for evaluating training quality and measure the level of satisfaction with the quality of human resource training in the Business Administration sector. Accordingly, some synchronous solutions are proposed to improve the quality of human resource training in the Business Administration major at universities in the current context of integration and globalization.
