In recent years, Duyen Ha Primary School, Thanh Tri District, Hanoi City has made many efforts in organizing and managing to improve the quality of Grade 3 Math teaching, contributing to gradually improving school management. become stable, meeting the general educational development trend of the country. However, facing the new requirements of educational development, the management of 3rd grade Math teaching activities according to the orientation of capacity development in Duyen Ha primary school, Thanh Tri district, Hanoi city still has many shortcomings. . In each stage of implementing management functions: Planning - organizing - directing - checking is still not completely synchronized. In the current period of comprehensive fundamental reform of education, finding measures to well manage 3rd grade Math teaching activities in the direction of developing students’ capacity is an urgent issue in order to contribute to improving the quality of education in schools.
