Writing a paragraph is a practical activity based on the synthesis of knowledge and skills from reading, writing, speaking and listening activities along with understanding of real life. The goals to be achieved in paragraph writing ac-tivities in primary schools in general are mainly aimed at forming ideas, processes and ways of writing. Types of paragraphs in 3rd grade include telling about an event or activity, describing things, stating your feelings and thoughts about a thing or event, introducing a thing or event. These types all focus on the relation-ship between people and life. The important thing is that students must know how to create, choose, arrange ideas and develop them to write a complete entry. To help students achieve good results, teachers have to apply appropriate teaching methods. In addition to a number of teaching methods that teachers choose based on the requirements to be met and the lesson content, some suggestions on teaching techniques for some lessons are given.
