For students of any discipline, in order to be able to complete the study program at higher education institutions and enter the process of professional activities, besides accumulating knowledge, skills are also formed and developed. Particularly, students majoring in Law, in addition to focusing on general skills such as search skills, information search, communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills, teamwork skills ... We also need to build a specific skill of professional nature, which is legal thinking skills. In this article, the author will focus on clarifying issues related to legal thinking and thinking as well as identifying solutions to practice legal thinking for students in general and students of Tien Giang University in particular.
