Case Study is one of the prominent teaching methods employed in Law Education at The University of Da Nang – Campus in Kon Tum. Its effectiveness lies in bridging theory and practice, enabling students to gain a deeper understanding of real-world legal issues and equipping them with essential skills, ultimately leading to significant benefits for their academic and professional development. This article focuses on clarifying the fundamentals of the Case Study method in Law Education at The University of Da Nang – Campus in Kon Tum as well as its advantages and problems. This is the basis for proposing solutions to the effective implementation of this method in Law Education.
