Abstract

Abstract: Ho Chi Minh’s thought on freedom of belief and religion constitutes an important foundation for uniting religious compatriots to contribute to the revolutionary cause. This article analyzes how the Communist Party of Vietnam has inherited and creatively applied that thought in the current context. By examining the dialectical relationship between respecting freedom of belief and religion and fostering national unity, the article clarifies the Party’s evolving mindset and proposes solutions to further consolidate the great national unity bloc in today’s context.
