Abstract: Vietnam is a multi-ethnic nation with a culture that is both unified and diverse, in which ethnic minority cultures are an integral, distinctive component. This article discusses the role of ethnic minority cultures as an endogenous resource and a vital driver for socio-economic development. It then proposes solutions to effectively promote this cultural resource, contributing to the goal of national prosperity and happiness.
