Completing legal regulations on the method of implementing product responsibility of the goods supplier

Abstract

The method of implementing product responsibility of the goods supplier is simply understood as the types of responsibilities that the goods supplier must carry out when supplying defective goods to consumers, not only to compensate for damages but also to prevent defective goods supplied to the market by that goods suppliers causing damage to the consumers. This article analyzes the inadequacies in legal regulations on the method of implementing product responsibility of goods suppliers to prevent defective goods supplied to the market by that goods suppliers causing damage to the consumers as well as proposes some solutions to further improve legal regulations on this matter in Vietnam in the next time.
