Solutions to enhance the effectiveness of law application in investigations of the crimes violating regulations on the protection of wild animals and endangered, precious and rare animals in Vietnam today

Abstract

Recently, the authorities have detected and handled many cases of encroachment on wild animals and endangered, precious and rare animals, especially preventing illegal buying, selling and transporting of these animals. The article focuses on analyzing the situation of crimes violating regulations on the protection of wild animals and the protection of endangered, precious and rare animals; the limitations in law applications in investigating, thereby proposing some solutions to enhance the effectiveness of law applications in investigating cases of these crimes.
