Abstract

In resolving criminal cases, the presence of witnesses, victims, persons denounced or charged plays an important role in determining objective and comprehensive truths of the case. However, it is difficult to apply forced escort in reality due to unspecific legal regulations. Based on the provisions of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code, the article sheds light on a number of legal entanglements, actually application and brings out recommendations to amend and supplement legal provisions on force escort.
