"Criminalization" of civil and economic relations in convicting the Crime of fraudulent appropriation of property

Abstract

In the context of increasingly developed economy, the crimes infringing property generally, the crime of fraudulent appropriation of property particularly tends to increase with dangerous and sophisticated modus operandi. Therefore, the laws have been accordantly amended and supplemented. However, the criminal prosecution for the offenders of fraudulent appropriation of property still encounters some limitations. In this article, the author analyzes shortcomings on the criminalization of civil and economic relations in dealing with the crime of fraudulent appropriation of property.
