Some matters on handling internal disputes in joint stock company by Court in Vietnam

Abstract

In Vietnam, the law on dispute settlement in business has existed for a long time and gradually been completing in a synchronous legal system. However, inspite the increasing number of disputes, our actual legal provisions on the settlement of business disputes generally, internal disputes in joint stock company particularly have witnessed many shortcomings.
