Abstract
From what we can see from their real-life operating, a lot of limits and problems in regulations still exists. Therefore, the article researches on the different types of Securities investment funds in the 2019 Law on Securities, in order to point out some limitations and shortcomings and propose for recommendations to improve the law on Securities investment funds.
