Some issues posed to the Police force for administrative management of social order in the implementation of the regulations of the 2020 Law on Residence

Abstract

Residence management for citizens is an important content of state management   of security and order in order to ensure that all citizens exercise their rights and obligations as prescribed by law. The 2020 Law on Residence was promulgated to meet the requirements of administrative management of social order, requirements for population management, to ensure security, social order and safety, and to create a favorable environment for the socio-economic development of the country. The article analyzed the actual situation of implementing, the limitations and shortcomings of the 2020 Law on Residence from July 1, 2021 to the end of November, 2021 by the Police force for administrative management of social order, therefore proposes solutions to improve the efficiency of implementing the provisions of the 2020 Law on Residence.
