Perfecting some regulations of the current criminal law on conditional parole

Abstract

The article clarifies the provisions of the current criminal law on conditional parole, such as: Subjects and conditions for conditional parole; probationary period, probation conditions, and legal consequences of violating the probation conditions of conditional parole. On that basis, the author points out the difficulties and obstacles in the current criminal law provisions and proposes some amendments and supplements.
