Completing the criminal procedural law policy towards fairness

Abstract

The Party’s Resolutions on judicial reform, continuing to establish and complete the Vietnamese socialist rule-of-law state all set out the policies and requirements to ensure the fair judicial proceedings. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to research and improve the criminal procedural law policy towards fairness to ensure the fairness in building, drafting, regulating and applying criminal procedural law in practice.
