RESEARCH, APPLICATION OF HO CHI MINH'S THOUGHT ON SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT, INNOVATION IN THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE - SOME ACHIEVEMENTS AND ISSUES RAISED FROM PRACTICE

Abstract

Science, technology, and innovation are currently regarded as key factors, playing a decisive role in building competitive capacity and endogenous strength for the socio economic development of Thai Nguyen province, thereby contributing to affirming the province's position within the country. Applying the methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, in combination with specific research methods such as analysis, synthesis, logic, case studies, and document analysis, this article focuses on clarifying Ho Chi Minh's thought on the development of science and technology and innovation. It also examines the application of this thought in the practical development of Thai Nguyen province in recent years. The research results highlight notable achievements while identifying existing practical issues, thereby proposing several practical solutions to enhance the effectiveness of science, technology, and innovation activities in Thai Nguyen province in the current period, based on the foundation of Ho Chi Minh's thought.
