COLORFUL FOOD IN THE ESSAYS TOI DA AN CA CANH DONG HOA AND NUA VONG TRAI DAT UONG MOT LY TRA BY DI LI
Abstract
Toi da an ca canh dong hoa and Nua vong trai dat uong mot ly tra by Di Li are travel books on the topic of culinary arts that have left deep impressions in the hearts of readers because of the rich cultural colors. However, this is still an issue that has not been thoroughly researched. This article aims to clarify the cultural colors that can be realized in these books. Through survey, statistics, analysis, comparison to learn about the two works, we initially realized that the works are attractive and engaging experiences for Di Li's readers about the culinary colors of Vietnam and the world with traditional and modern features deeply felt by all senses, bringing interesting experiences about the landscape and the people who created it. The research results will contribute to clearly seeing the profound cultural and human values through the essays and affirming the author's talent and contributions to contemporary Vietnamese literature.
