SIMULTANEOUS DETERMINATION OF VITAMIN B1, VITAMIN B6 AND VITAMIN B12 IN MEDICINE SCANNEURON-FORTE VÀ HANEUVIT BY HIGH PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY METHOD

Abstract

In this paper we announce the survey results the optimum conditions to determine vitamin B1, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method and simultaneously quantify vitamin B1 and vitamins. B6 and vitamin B12 in Scanneuron-Forte and Haneuvit drugs by HPLC method. The results show that the error when determining vitamin B1, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 are less than 2% with the recovery of vitamin B1 from 98.57% to 99.61%; of B6 from 98.36% to 99.61%; of B12 from 98.57% to 99.24%.
