THE PROCESS OF DEVELOPING THE PARTY ORGANIZATION SYSTEM IN SOUTHERN IN THE PERIOD 1945-1950

Abstract

From the difficult realities and the lack of pace in the development of the Party organization system in the South in the period of 1945-1950, the most important task at this time is to "reform" the Party Committee in the South to become the Party of labour. Therefore, the discussion of the process of developing the Party organization system in the South has been clarified by many scientific works; however, the direct and in depth research about the development of the Party organization system in the South in the period of 1945-1950 still has not done yet. Through statistics, analysis and synthesis of research issues, we go into the general process of implementing the Party's policy in the South by confirming the achieved results and pointing out the remaining limitations in the direction and implementation of the Party Central Committee. From the above results and limitations, some lessons and solutions were drawn. It proves the particular importance in studying the development of the Party organization system in the South in the period of 1945-1950, that enlight the work of building and regulating the Communist Party of Vietnam in the current period.
