SOME EXPERIENCE FROM THE PARTY BUILDING IN THE PERIOD OF SECRET ACTIVITIES (1945-1951)

Abstract

In 1945, the Vietnamese Communist Party became the ruling party which is the only Party lead the Vietnam revolution. Accordingly, in the period of 1945-1951, under the correct leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Party Central Committee made many important decisions to promote the Party building to meet the requirements of the revolution in Vietnam and the national liberation career. However, besides the achievements in the Party building, this period also highlighted a number of limitations which need to be overcome. Therefore, the discussion of summarizing experiences from party building work has been clarified by many scientific works, but researches directly on some experiences from party building in the period. The secretive party operation (1945-1951) was still no research. Through statistics, analysis, and synthesis of research issues, we went into an overview of the situation of party building in the period 1945-1951 and drew the lessons learned to see that the study of experiences from party building work during the period of party activities secretly (1945-1951) is particularly important for the Communist Party of Vietnam to draw lessons for the Party building in the current period.
