Abstract

The research results have shown 9 factors affecting economic development in new rural construction towards urbanization in Pho Yen town, Thai Nguyen province, including: (1) Self conditions course; (2) Infrastructure; (3) Science and technology; (4) Human resources; (5) The association in production; (6) The connection between enterprises and farmers and producer households; (7) Industrial and urban development; (8) State capital support; (9) The State's rural economic development policy. The factors are built through observed variables. After adopting analytical techniques, the author removed the unreliable variables and finally built the multiple regression equation. The model shows that the two most important factors affecting the agricultural economic development in new rural construction in Pho Yen town are production factors and support factors of the locality and the State. This result is very important for the locality to have a basis to concentrate in giving appropriate solutions and to have the right investment in rural economic development in the locality.
