APPLICATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND ELECTRONIC TOTAL STATION IN MEASURING AND CORRECTING CADASTRA MAPS OF TAN KHANH COMMUNE, PHU BINH DISTRICT, THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE

Abstract

Measuring and correcting cadastral maps of Tan Khanh commune, Phu Binh district is carried out in order to complete a closed set of digital cadastral maps following the administrative boundaries of the commune is managing on the VN2000 national coordinate system in service of land registration, grant of land use right certificates, building a system of cadastral records in Phu Binh district, approved by Decision No. 615/QD-UBND dated March 7, 2019 of Thai Nguyen province People's Committee. The work of measuring and correcting the cadastral map of Tan Khanh commune is made by GPS technology in building the control grid, electronic total station technology in the  measuring detailed  and processing and editing on Microstation V8i, Gcadas software. Results, from 3 basic cadastral points: 092526; 092536; 092540 established a level 1 control grids in Tan Khanh commune including 70 points; The total number of pieces of cadastral map is 102 pieces, of which 2 pieces are 1/5000 scale; 27 pieces are 1/2000 scale and 73 pieces are 1/1000 scale are of good quality, complying with technical requirements according to approved regulations and Circular No. 25/2014/TT-BTNMT dated May 19, 2014 of the Ministry Resources and Environment.
