RESEARCH ON SOLUTION TO BUILD CADASTRAL DATABASE OF PHU TIEN COMMUNE, DINH HOA DISTRICT, THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE

Abstract

Research on solutions to build cadastral database of Phu Tien commune, Dinh Hoa district, Thai Nguyen province showed that the current status of the system of cadastral records and books in Phu Tien commune is still lacking and incomplete. Land management and monitoring of land use changes face many difficulties. Applying information technology to build a cadastral database of Phu Tien commune with a total of 9037 land plots along with all attribute information in a complete, highly up-to-date and popular. This is a solution to provide detailed data for each type of land, which is a legal basis for making master plans, land use plans, land inventory statistics, as a basis for inspection of land use, settlement of Land disputes and issuance of land use right certificates. The cadastral database of Phu Tien commune has been tested with positive results.
