Influential Factors on Soft Skills Learning for Learners in the Faculty of Economics, Dalat College

Abstract

This study identifies the factors that influence soft skills learning for students in the Faculty of Economics at Dalat College. The authors used both qualitative and quantitative methods to determine and evaluate these factors. The research findings show that the following factors impact students' soft skills acquisition: the curriculum, the learning environment, school policies, lecturers, and facilities. Based on these results, the study provides a number of managerial implications for Dalat College to effectively improve students' soft skills training.
