Abstract

Con Son brook is a item belong to special national heritage in Hai Duong province. This spring with the beautiful picture of the murmur flow has been written in poem by Nguyen Trai poet. However, the flow of the streamline has disappearred gradually and become dryed since 1990, which is happened by the lower groundwater level in the basin of the spring; therefore, underground water resourse can not bring the water to the brook. In order to restore the surfical flow, the long-term solution is to prevent the causes that make the streamline dryed, the short-term solution is to bring water to the upper spring to let it run-down and also the ground cracks of the brook need to be sealed. After running along the spring, the flow is brought back to original place. This paper perform the result of proposing the solution that is feasible, steady and also protects the existing landscape, environment of the brook to restore the surfacial flow for the Con Son spring.
